Well-equipped fitness center, stunning mountain views, heated outdoor pool
The facilities felt disorganized and confusing, especially moving between buildings!!! Parking options were limited, with costs that didn’t seem justified!!! Sauna access times are quite inconvenient for those wanting a full day of relaxation!!!

the staff was extremely unfriendly, and my spa experience was not addressed promptly, shocking, really. the room was tiny, and I was absolutely expecting some kind of upgrade or complimentary treat for such inconvenience, but no—just basic treatment. it’s as if they think we’re all the same, unbelievable! I almost thought of giving a good review but just couldn’t.

great location but facilities need clarity
The ski lift's proximity was fantastic, making access to slopes effortless. The heated ski locker area provided a convenient space for rinsing equipment, adding a thoughtful touch. I appreciated the half-board option that made dining easy. The mountain views from the fitness center were a delightful surprise and made workouts more enjoyable.
